I used filters and diffusion on this photo because I wanted to show how felt at the time; disconnected from my body or maybe from my feelings.   The unnatural colors and light seemed like the aura I was projecting.  

I was making a clip for a group of female friends, one of whom had requested that I dedicate a self touch session to her. I did.

If you check it out you can see that after a while I did manage to totally reconnected to my body.   But it took a little bit.  I'm guessing that trying to work a camera, worry about staging and lighting while playing with oneself created this feeling.   Those of you with more experience probably don't get this condition.

Actually I totally get it. Sometimes I get everything set up and then suddenly realise I am not feeling very sexy. I usually just spend some moments relaxing and getting into my head and find it comes (excuse the pun)

I often feel the same way when I've made videos. It is hard to get out of your head and back in your body (such a brilliant way to describe it!) and for me very difficult to forget there is a camera there!

The Performance Pouch Story     I hate shopping.  I hate everything about it - unless it's to the hardware or music store.    So when I needed new underwear I went online.  These were described as: white, stretch briefs with a performance pouch.  Just your basic pair of men's underwear. This was a bad purchase decision. Now, don't you think that somewhere in that description they should have said "see-through"?  Or maybe "performance pouch"  is a synonym for that.
